Homemade Egg Salad and Radish Microgreens Sandwich

Boil your fresh eggs until done. Let them sit for a few minutes then peel.

Cut the eggs in half, remove the yolks and chop the whites.

Mash the egg yolks with mayonnaise, mustard and salt and pepper to taste.

Add the chopped egg whites and chopped onion, celery, and fresh dill.

Put the egg salad on your bread and add fresh radish microgreens on top to taste.

Eat and enjoy. Your sandwich will not only taste great but the microgreens add a ton of nutrients like Vitamins A, B, C, E and K, folic acid, niacin, potassium, iron, phosphorus, pantothenic acid, calcium, magnesium, zinc and carotenes.
